Merve Emek is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University’s International Finance and Banking Master’s program. Merve Emek, an Independent Auditor and Certified Public Accountant certified by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority, is an instructor in the field of International Finance and Entrepreneurship at Istanbul Bilgi University and in the field of Turkish Commercial Code at ISMMMO (Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants), and in the field of financial literacy in the private sector. She has been providing training for private sector executives on accounting, business, finance, stock management, and financial statement reading techniques for more than 15 years.

Merve Emek has also more than 20 years of experience in corporation law, tax law, and commercial law and has 19 years of experience as an expert in Istanbul Commercial Courts.
