Konsolide Group shall provide the following services with regard to establishment and trade registry of a company:

• • Carrying out operations of establishment process in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code for the natural and legal persons wishing to establish a company
  • Preparation of articles of association of the companies and fulfilment of any amendment proces
  • Fulfilment of ordinary or extraordinary general assembly operations of the companies,
  • Fulfilment of share transfer operations of the companies,
  • Fulfilment of capital increase and capital decrease operations of the companies,
  • Creating common stocks of joint-stock companies and fulfilment of certificate operations
  • Implementation of merger, spin-off, change of company type and liquidation procedures and provide consultancy hereto
  • Providing address change service for the real or legal persons wishing to change their address
  • Fulfilment of tax office opening procedures and SSI (Social Security Institution) workplace registration and e-declaration operations
