As a basis, the services that can be provided by Konsolide within the scope of general accounting services defined as keeping and reporting statutory books in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles and the provisions of the relevant legislation shall consist of the following:

• Keeping, reporting the statutory books and providing bookkeeping service in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and the provisions of the relevant legislation
• Keeping of the income and expense records
• Preparation of the financial statements
• Preparation of financial reports pursuant to national standards
• Setting up and development of accounting systems
• Carrying out tax management and tax planning
• Regulation and submission of statutory statements
  • • • Preparation and submission of Value Added Tax Statement (for monthly periods)
      • Preparation and submission of withholding tax return (for monthly periods)
      • Preparation and submission of corporate provisional tax return (for trimester)
      • Preparation and submission of annual corporate tax return
• Carrying out limited payrolling service and other legal proceedings with regard to labor and social security legislation of the customers and employees
• Regulation of Social Security Statements
• Preparation of employee’s personnel file
• Providing financial consultancy to enterprises about accounting, finance, and financial legislation
