Konsolide Group shall provide the following services within the scope of foreign capital establishment procedures:

• For foreign investors wishing to invest in Turkey in accordance with foreign capital legislation carrying out company establishment procedures and other required permission hereof in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code (“TCC”) provisions

• For foreign investors wishing to establish liaison office in Turkey in accordance with foreign capital legislation, carrying out establishment procedures and other required permission applications hereof in accordance with TCC provisions 

In addition to the above-cited services, all carrying out required tax applications and follow up services shall be provided.
